Development and Digital Marketing Strategy for CIMB OCTO App:

Target Audience, Design Marketing Content , modern, secure, and user-centric banking solution

Working with the CIMB team on the OCTO project was an invaluable experience that highlighted the importance of putting the user at the center of every decision. The focus on deeply understanding customer needs and enabling personalization significantly enhanced user engagement and satisfaction. The agile, iterative development approach fostered close collaboration across design, development, and business units, allowing for quick adaptations and continuous improvement.

Technically, adopting a microservices architecture proved essential in delivering a scalable, flexible, and secure platform, while maintaining a seamless and consistent experience across both mobile and web applications. Security was treated as a top priority, integrating multi-layered protections without compromising usability, and ensuring compliance with stringent banking regulations.
